Junior Golf Academy London has locations in Kingston and Bromley with Winter classes operating at Malden and is the ideal way for children from five to eighteen to learn to play golf and improve their skills. We provide a weekly academy in a fun, safe environment, running alongside each school term. In addition to this we carry out after-school classes, school holiday camps and individual lessons.
Our fully qualified PGA Professional, Dean Jeeves will teach your child to play golf, from the basic shots to the etiquette of the game, all whilst also upholding a supportive and caring environment for children to grow and make friends. We also provide a pathway towards Golf Club memberships for those interested.
The Junior Academy offers fun, group-based golf lessons every weekend during term time. Designed to build skills and confidence, our sessions are ideal for young golfers of all levels. School Programme (years 3 & 4)
We provide a pathway to learn Golf via our local state school’s initiative. Supported by JGA London, we teach primary school children in school. Utilising the pathway provided by the Golf Foundation, England Golf and the London Youth Games, children learn ‘TriGolf’, team-based games based around Putting and Chipping activities. Each London borough runs a qualifying event, with the Winners and Runners-Up representing their borough at a South London Schools event which takes place on our practice facility at Coombe Wood GC, Kingston. This is a wonderful opportunity to take their first steps into the game of Golf, one that many children may not have accessed if it wasn’t for initiatives such as this.
